  Eight years ago my daughter was born premature. I asked all the NICU nurses where they take their children and this was the most popular response in my area. We visited a lot of other offices and this had the cleanest waiting area, rooms, and bathrooms. My daughter has a lot of medical issues and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. When she needs any documents or equipment orders they are right on top of things, even the suppliers comment how fast they get things done. The longest we ever had to wait in the waiting area was approximately 15 minutes. Each of the rooms have a different theme which keeps us busy playing "I spy" or some other finding, counting, or using our imagination games. Everyone is very kind and personable. Never had any issues what so ever (well , honestly just that their "music" while you are on hold is the most annoying thing ever. I would not change Dr.s unless I had to move very far away.
